Kris, great entertainment! Loved this when you say,
“The real deal in life: do you want to carry this baggage around? Is. that. what. you. want? Because you are choosingthis, whether you admit it or not”.
I like to call it the feedback loop from hell!
For example in my own life, “men are pigs”. That keeps me safe. Yet what it really does is prevent me from looking at my core beliefs I have in place that are driving my life on autopilot.
Then we rinse and repeat as I think I remember you describing the process.
Until we have the courage to be hungry for a different way to live. To spice it up a bit and infuse some freedom in our hearts and minds!!!
We think letting go of our baggage is complex. It is not. Sometimes it seems like a maze trying to figure it all out. But that is the trap. The searching to figure it out is how we get the self-image that keeps it all in place.
